Some of our products are handmade, vintage and some fabrics are hand printed. Please keep in mind that colors, designs, embroidery and artisanal craftsmanship are subject to irregularities and may vary from the ones shown in the pictures.

We accept payments only by PayPal.
All credit cards are accepted via PayPal (you don't need a PayPal account). Just click the option 'PayPal' and then find the option 'pay by credit card'.
Please be aware that we do not handle the credit card payments ourselves. Credit card payments are all processed by PayPal; card numbers are encrypted and not revealed to us.
Free shipping comprises the service of the Royal Thai Post office which provides a tracking number that will be sent to you for your own tracking.
We ship within 2–4 working days from payment approval. Non-working days are Saturdays, Sundays and Thai public holidays. Your package will be carefully prepared to ensure a safe delivery.
If the item has not arrived within 21 days we will file a claim with the Post Office on your behalf. If the item gets lost in the mail we will replace it immediately.
If you have a special requirement for shipping via another courier such as FedEx, UPS or DHL please contact us directly.
Customers are responsible for all import taxes, customs and duty fees in the receiving country.
Please check the measurements of the garment or accessories you are buying. Measure yourself before purchasing and be sure the product will fit before adding it to the shopping cart.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer you the possibility of returning it within seven (7) calendar days from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return your item must be unused, in the original packaging with all tags and labels intact. Your item needs to have the invoice or proof of purchase. Items can be returned either for an exchange or for a full refund.
Refunds will be paid back to the buyer via PayPal once the item has been received and inspected by us. After inspection we will notify you of the status of your refund. Please make sure you ship back to the exact address:

If your return is due to our mistake, we will bear all costs. Otherwise return costs are the customer's responsibility (such as damaged or used items).
Items on clearance are not eligible for refunds.

Our images and pictures shall not be used without prior written consent. If posting them in your social media, website or blog, credit must be given to AKITAI and linked back to our own Instagram, Facebook or website.
